Most counties also have legal publications (newspaper or online) where they publish notice of defaults, foreclosure dates, etc.

I'm using bandit signs, sending letters to distressed properties, craigslist and newspaper ads with minimal leads/deals.  

There are certainly Russian-language economic magazines or newspapers that could help.

A recent probate file was advertised in the local Alameda county legal newspaper where the PR is located in Baton Rouge, LA and the area code is 225.I don't know why she's not returning my calls.

I tried it with my husband's cell phone number and a property he was trying to rent about 15 years ago (posted in a newspaper) was actually still out there, but that was the only thing.
