REI Groups - East Bay Area

Hey all!

I'm based in the East Bay Area and I'm ready to dive headfirst into getting my first BRRR deal. I've looked at meetup.com and Facebook and have done some general Googling to find an active group that has the option to meet in-person, but I've yet to find any. I'd like to stay east of Oakland, if possible. Does anyone know of any groups that meet regularly?

We used to have one in West Oakland which was hosted by Bryan Pham but he ended up moving to Las Vegas. A few other ones also died off due to covid so someone could fill this gap. Otherwise there are a few in the south bay that still host live meetups regularly.
