Looking for something that has a shared calendar, an easy to user interface, easy way to add daily updates to each building and easy way to add new bids and approvals for new requests.Any suggestions? 

CANCELED zillow their interface sucked it wouldnt let me see the applicants contact info.

They do have a phone/tablet app as well as a web interface.

We agreed to interface with the state agency, they sent us some papers to sign, we did, they sent a local contractor who did a great job building a wheelchair ramp deck that could be easily removed later.

I feel users of AirBNB, VRBO are a little more tech savvy than the general public and are very accustomed to streaming services.I'm also a fan of the Roku/Android interface smart TVs vs SmartTV that have a proprietary interface like Samsung or Sony. 

They're in the middle of releasing a new API interface for more flexibility.

The interface is painfully outdated.

Candidates apply and submit background checks through Zillow interface and landlord has access to the documents for 30 days. 

We tested it for a while and then went back to the old platform, which has a clunky user interface, only works on desktop and you can not set up your own searches.

The interface is great and it integrates via API across a ton of platforms.
