data and prospect management

Hey BP!  I'm looking for input on managing marketing lists.

I'm searching for a better solution for our data management as it pertains to mailer lists, cold call lists, etc.  We have tried the well known CRMs and they are all GREAT for keeping track of leads once you have made contact. We have built a process software internally that excels at deal flow management, but I'm lacking on the "pre-deal" data management.

I'm looking for a solution to help track all of our bulk mail and cold call lists that have not been contacted or touched since the first mailer or call. I would like to be able to track and filter down bad addresses, bad phone numbers, incorrect owner name, etc.

• Is anyone aware of a solution like that currently on the market? If so, what is your experience with said solution?

• What are all of you using to track your bulk mail and cold call lists?

• Software or human driven, what systems are you using that make your day easier in regards to lead management?

Looking forward to an education forum discussion for all of us.
