Suggestions - Building Maintenance Tracking w Calendar - History
Looking for suggestions for a simple software that will help us organize our upcoming maintenance requests as well as keep track of the history related to certain buildings.
We have a team of 5 property managers that are responsible for the maintenance portion. Looking for something that has a shared calendar, an easy to user interface, easy way to add daily updates to each building and easy way to add new bids and approvals for new requests.
Any suggestions?
