Best Tool To Manage Books(Financials) - New Investor
HI Everyone! I am super excited to have my first rental property! There a lots of things going through my head, but the first is keeping my finances organized. I don't want to create a spreadsheet, so what would you recommend as the best tool to keep track of the finances for my property. In my initial search, I found Quickbooks?? Is there anything better?
I appreciate your feedback in advance!
Stay safe!

@Raymond Singletary check out STESSA! Its a very investor friendly way of tracking your profits and losses and it syncs with all types of accounts- property managers books, bank accounts, credit cards etc for automatic importing and its free! I use it and really like it. They are always updating and improving little things to make it better too.
