Let them file what they will, and if there is an investigation at all, (doubtful IMHO) the authorities will request whatever information that's needed.

@Angie Hensley, until you do something additional the LLC has no authority to sign a lease to rent out the property.

You should have a Board meeting with minutes authorizing the bank account opening.

Work with a professional 3rd party PM who already manages dozens or hundreds of S8 units and is on a 1st name basis with the local case works/housing authority folks.

Post little articles providing solutions to issues homeowners face. become the authority when it comes to anythng  "problems" homeowners could have.Get a business phone number, get a business email.

I noticed that for last quarter of 2023 I didn't receive rent from the housing authority.

You might want to check with them and see if there is that much demand.That is definitely a niche product and you are a saint if you want to take on 200 Section 8 tenants and housing authorities.
