Hello,

I work for a family owned and operated company based out of Dallas, Texas. We currently own and manage roughly 60 properties. Our goal this year is to reach 200. Eventually we would like to start moving into commercial and so on. is there anyone that would be interested in connecting and sharing advice on how to successfully grow and manage this.

@Jacob Dominguez  Are there 140 people with vouchers waiting for property?   No idea about that.  What housing departments are you working with now?  You might want to check with them and see if there is that much demand.

That is definitely a niche product and you are a saint if you want to take on 200 Section 8 tenants and housing authorities.  That is real WORK, but you must know that already.
