I am approaching this as one would in choosing a good school and not so much racing for that first commission check..although experiencing both early on would be great, of course!

Plus here the schools closed the last three days of this week  because of the rain and 3 days last week from flu/too many people out sick, so not much is getting done anywhere.Also, they will be working Saturday too, which they generally do not.

There are many things to consider like jobs, curb appeal, interior and exterior work that needs to be done, request actual numbers, amenities, storage, parking, public transportation stops, access, nearby schools, nearby parks, and nearby retail.Good luck to you!
