My name is Anthony Nikoyan, I am from the San Fernando Valley. I am a Chief Compliance Officer at a Specialty pharmacy and have been in the healthcare industry for over five years now. I am interested in investing into rental properties In California or even out of state. I don’t have much of a real estate background i and I am currently leasing a town house myself, so I don’t own any real estate thus far.

Real estate has been appealing to me for quite some time and since I just finished my under-grad program and decided to take the year off from school I have been reading real estate books such as “The Book on rental property Investing”. So far I have been on the forums looking for house hacking tips and learn more into rental property investments. Looking forward to meeting great members from the forums.
