Hello BiggerPockets Community

My name is Anthony Nikoyan, I am from the San Fernando Valley. I am a Chief Compliance Officer at a Specialty pharmacy and have been in the healthcare industry for over five years now. I am interested in investing into rental properties In California or even out of state. I don’t have much experience in real estate and I am currently leasing a town house myself, so I don’t own any real estate thus far.

I look to learning more about rental property Investing and house hacking tips for a home for my self. Since i have decided to take the year off from school as I completed my under-grad. I have been reading more real estate books such as “The book on rental property investing”. I look forward to meeting and learning from fellow members.
