They have recently built a convenience road, added more upscale dealerships such as infinity, just built a huge beautiful apartment complex with about 800 units and that same builder will be back in a couple years to do another mixed use building with apartments and retail.  

Most of the time, I hear pipe dreams of going from a 50k property to owning a huge unit apartment complex.

It is a 24 unit apartment complex that is broken up into a 12 Plex, 8 Plex and a 4 Plex.

But in this case (since he accepted a higher offer), the seller obviously wanted to maximize his sale price, and the $90k offer on a property worth over $200k clearly raises some eyebrows.Dealing with elderly sellers adds another layer of complexity.

By perpetuating the social stigma of being a "felon"; denying access to employment, denying access to housing..you do nothing but encourage recidivism..and continue the vicious cycle..which is exactly what your government and for-profit prison industrial complex wants. - A productive member of society who was once a court date away from being a convicted felon. 

Is it correct that if you just get the lender to record a mortgage then there is less regulation vs. a more complex security?

., if I can rent this old unit in a quad for $550, but right down the street there is a brand new apartment complex with all the amenities for $625, then why would I choose the older one?
