Do any of the properties have a view.Example with the houses someone could demo the house and rebuild to take advantage of the view.The 5 unit maybe it could be scraped and a higher density could be built on the land (more stories or spread out more).Mike you need a broker with a land development and income background to help you figure out the highest and best use for holding the current property,changing the current property,or selling the current property.

Sheena I get you are in Singapore but you can at least pay a non-biased third party for a full report to see what you are getting.A couple hundred from a local broker who specializes in these properties would be WELL WORTH not making a 101,000 mistake.

OK..quick update...Ford found 2 connectors that need to be replaced on the AC harness...so...the Excursion is no longer for sale....meanwhile, I'll still post how I work with agents/brokers.

If there is a Realtor, the deposit goes to the listing broker in escrow and forwarded on the date of settlement with certified funds usually carried by the listing agent if they even show up.I'm no techie, but I have not heard of providing funds on line as it would certainly open the door to making such deposit with a credit card and thereby, part of the down payment would then be from borrowed funds which can make financing more difficult.

Actually all these definitions are totally out of wack with those that were initially used by lenders and commercial property brokers way back when and were the accepted classifications.I quit asking about 20 years ago, and just use my own categories for my own mindset.
