FHA Appraisals
I just had an appraisal come in way low on a listing of mine. The buyers are absolutely devastated by it as they will likely lose the house to a conventional buyer.
Does anyone have a good strategy to ensure the FHA appraisal does not attach to the property in case they wanted to switch lenders and order a new appraisal? Or is it too late.
Thanks for the help.
