Sorry guys, new Wholesaler here. IN General, are there title companies were you can submit a deposit for a contract online? Is that typical or does it vary from state to state.

Don't know of one. A little trick we used in the old days was to find a title company that wouldn't require a deposit, even though your contract states otherwise. Not as common as it used to be. But, it all works out in the end, numbers-wise.
