Hello biggerpockets, I recently passed my state exam to become a licensed salesperson and I want to fully immerse myself in the world of Real Estate.I would love to work with a broker who can possibly act as a mentor and guide me through my first couple of months as an agent.

Hi @Carlos Sierra - It seems like you are definitely mentally ready to start tackling real estate - looking for a mentor is a fantastic next step.Just be careful that you set expectations correctly for yourself and for the mentor - most of the time that I've sought the advice of a mentor, they've directed me to some resource or material.In case you are interested - I wrote about my experience finding mentors in this "Ultimate Guide to Finding Incredible Mentors" - I hope that it helps you with your search!

If you just say, "Call me to sell your house" then you're just like everyone else and probably won't get any calls.I've said this a gazillion times on here... offer a FREE Home Seller's Guide on all of your marketing, especially your direct mail.
