Hello All, I am new to Bigger Pockets and I recently started a Job in Commercial Real Estate working on a commission basis.

One of the earlier shows had a guest who advised that anyone starting out should get a job that surrounds you with people already in REI and allows you to learn a side of the business while still paying your rent.

He has a job as a cooker in a bar, earns about $1500 a month.

I like nursing as a profession because they will always have a job.

Great job on already establishing your team.

Yes you're still going to need 2 years of stable w2 income.However... since you were a college student and just got a job, some banks will allow that as long as you can prove that you are now working.Ask your bank if that will work for you!

Just complete one job at a time.  

So if cliff is able to do the job you are a lucky man James.  

My kids are grown, out of college and I was ready to start a 2nd career (2nd career after getting 4 kids through college; 2 out of grad school, 1 into law school and another who incidentally has the best job through undergrad).
