Buying a Home when you are on commission
Hello All,
I am new to Bigger Pockets and I recently started a Job in Commercial Real Estate working on a commission basis. I am currently renting and would like to buy a house as soon as I can. I have money saved to make a substantial down payment but I would appreciate advice on how to get approved for a mortgage to finance the rest?

Two years tax returns if you are on 1099, yes it is harder but that is how it's done
