@Aron Fredrix

Welcome to BP!  You should update your profile to let people know where you are.  You can get more localized information/advice.

You should start with listening to podcasts, going through the various books recommended by a multitude of investors on posts throughout BP and getting a good education.  From there, do an assessment of your financial health.  Then do an assessment of the area that you're thinking of investing to see if those properties even exist and if you can afford them.  For example, if you try to buy a 4 unit in Washington, DC you'll have extreme competition and expect to pay north of 800K.  For all of this stuff, you'll need a good team around you, Realtor, Lender, don't forget title people and  it never hurts to have investor mentors like the people on BP.  Start going to meetups in your area as well.

Best of luck in your journey.

Stephanie
