also, the roof above the garage and enclosed porch is flat and just has tar paper on it. how hard is that to fix?

A kind lady at Lowe's (where I had gone to buy Drain-O) suggested I use vinegar and baking soda to loosen up any gunk, then use the cheap plastic "snake" to get the blockage out.

Hello Canadian investors in Barrie area,,Any suggestions for a good roofer who can fix a flat roof in Barrie Ontario?

Cabinets - most of our original cabinets get stripped and stained/varnished with a new protective coat, or stripped and painted Navajo white with an oil based paint so that stains and splatters can easily be cleaned up after a tenant vacates.Paint - We use flat Navajo white on all walls and ceilings and we stock 6 colors of accent wall paint.

Secion 8 pays me a flat fee (they have a specific table depenent on # of vouchers).

That changes if you add appreciation in, but I don't know your market or if you can expect to have properties appreciate, depreciate, or stay flat there.
