Hello. If you've been in the business full time for a few years or more, what do you typically see happy to your business from year to year? Is there always an increase if you continue to put in the work? Do you see an increase regardless of what the market is doing?

Planning 2017 and wondering what to expect. How are you planning your 2017 business...flat, up or down...and by how much?
