Hard Money Lending Costs

I got my first hard money loan this past week for a property and the costs are adding up quick!

Does anyone have a great spreadsheet or tracker to keep up with all tertiary hard money costs (origination fees, draw administration fees, debt servicing, etc.)? I'm building one out as I go along but it'd be helpful to see what other people have experienced.

@Andrew Michael and @John Thedford I am looking for a property to rehab and will be planning to pursue a hard money loan. I've been doing cost analysis on a variety of houses, but I have a hard time figuring out how to estimate the loan costs and overall purchase closing costs. Can someone share a spreadsheet or give me a rough overall % i can use to estimate these costs or a range?
