Top Monthly Expenses for a Mobile Home Park owner?
Hello all,
I am looking into business rewards credit cards that give perks for certain expense items. I was wondering what the top 3 to 5 monthly expenses are for most MHP owners? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you have lots of Park Owned Homes then it will be materials and labor, on top of the items mentioned by @Rachel H. To expand on infrastructure think of road repairs, water lines, sewer lines, electric poles / meters, and potentially gas (if sub metered).
