I'm not totally sure I understand your question, but I can say that every state that I know of requires that you include the words "Limited Liability Company" or "LLC" or some other specified variation if you are creating an LLC, e.g.

Too many people try to go out and flub their way through on trial-and-error based on their interpretation of BP forums and blog posts, guru freebie sessions and other sources of information.

You really have to do trial and error and play to what your potential sellers like.
