I almost didn't post because I hate to throw in some negativity, but here is a different perspective.You're also inadvertently leaving out people who CAN'T have those jobs, ie retired people and some people with disabilities.

There's a bit more information needed to determine if one is better than the other.  

So, you have to determine the value in forming a new LLC when you do a new purchase.

I’ve since moved on to FSBO-online, however I can’t check on the status of the posting, and you can only submit one property.
