Where can I find "For Sale By Owner" multifamily properties?

Question

Looking to look for multi-families for sale by owner that have 3 units and up. What's the best websites or places to look for these? My intentions are to wholesale them. Tried Zillow already and looking for more options.

You can also try Expired/Cancelled listings from the past, partner with a Real Estate agent to get access to these. Some FSBO"s also post on FB Marketplace and Craigslist.

I've had no luck on FB, but you can use property sites like PropStream (expensive) or PropWire (free)
