Anyone ever consider advertising rental discounts to First Responders, health care workers and/teachers?

Like a $50 discount on monthly rent.

@Colleen F.

Just thought that this subgroup of renters would be great for the community. They tend to have a passion for this career and are possibly long term tenants in the area. Thought that the stability may help the neighborhood/area.

Just a thought really. Would you consider any rent discounts to any tenants?
