Building hilltop home. Looking at 2 locations. Which better long-term location?
I'm currently looking at 2 hilltop lots in phoenix to build a dream home. 1 is located at Lookout Mountain and the other on Central & Jomax. I'm not sure which location will be the better overall investment in the future. One location is closer to the city but the other is newer, cleaner, but further out. The jomax location has more of a rural feel where lookout mountain is completely built out. Therefore, I just wanted to get some opinions as you can I'm kinda stuck I which direction to go. Thanks alot.
