But I feel I may not have enough information to conclude that.Given the age of the fridge, I'm thinking maybe just replace it, and give the tenants some care instructions, like not overloading it and leaving some space between it and the wall.Thoughts?

I've gotten deals under contract only to learn that one of a number of things were hidden from me.

Yes it puts some information on Zillow but most of it is hidden from the average viewer.

So if you were to take them to court the judge will instruct you to maintain those tenants in the premises unless you have "good cause" for eviction.
