Does MLS give an unfair advantage??

Starting out as a newbie:

A house listed on various real estate platforms such as Zillow, Realtor.com etc. comparing that to the same house listed on the MLS.

Wanted to know that is there any price difference on the same deal?

Does MLS offer any unfair advantage over the same deal listed on other public real estate platforms?

When the property is listed on the MLS is typically added to zillow, realtor.com etc. So there should be no price difference. The benefit of listing on the MLS is that you have more eyeballs looking since this is the place where all the agents go to find their buyers properties.
