It may be that Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com are very well designed aggregate sites and agents just don't feel the need to localize it, but it's pretty shocking how little faith is placed in developing a branded web presence.

No one has to open a postcard so more people will see your message.The MESSAGE on the marketing is even more important that the marketing piece (letter, postcard, web site, signs, etc)Most investors market WE WE WE or I I I -- it's all about you.That's a mistake.It is much better to focus your marketing on the seller and what's in it for them.
