Marketing plan of a full time wholesaler..
Hey Everyone!
I am currently looking to expand my business and am wondering what your full time marketing plan of you guys who are full time wholesalers? I have done about 25 deals so far and have been full time for a year now, I am just looking for some help on a balance and developing a routine again.

John W. Good question and it should produce some very good replies. My main source of deals is through direct mail and I try and send out 1,000 letters per week. I change up who I mail to/type of property at different times of the year. For example, I'll send out a lot of land owned mobile home letters during the winter months because that's when all the snow birds are down.
I have been around long enough to get a lot of deals just through word of mouth as well. I have three deals closing this month that came from a local reference.
There are lots small things that I do with marketing but sending letters is by far the most effective for me.
