Maybe it's because I am in the internet industry but I wanted to know...does it bother anyone else when you are dealing with someone who does not have at least a decent website? I am not looking for the greatest site ever created but it should look better than a Geo-Cities page.
Also, if you are trying to get me to borrow from you you should not be using a gmail, yahoo, hotmail or aol email account. You're going to loan me 10s of thousands of dollars but you can't afford to pay $5/month for a professional email?
Just wondering what everyone else thinks...

I respectfully disagree completely. I know people in the business of real estate with 10's of millions invested with gmail accounts. Don't be concerned about the wrong things would be my recommendation @Scott Gombar . When people lend me money I generally give them a 10-12% return and am worried about making money with their money so we both win, not the email address they are using. Again, just my opinion.
