Whoops, looks like I posted my intro in the wrong place before so here we go again!

Hello,
Just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself. I'm a new investor along with my wife and are located in South Florida. Currently, we have one property in the Carolinas we've been renting for the past two years and will have it paid off in the next 3 years. In addition I also own a home in Delray Beach. At this stage we're simply in the early stages of educating ourselves (maybe real estate license) and seeing what our next move should be. This is a great community and hope to be able to contribute to it one day soon as well.

First question: South Florida...pretty crazy market down here huh? I already feel like we've entered the lions den;)

Regards,
John M.
