I do have a meeting set up with a different bank later this week, as after reading some on here I do not think the first bank I selected is necessarily the best fit for what I intend to do long term.

Hey Dylan, try checking meet-ups and real estate investment groups in your area.

Then put the forms for buying in one folder and selling in another folder so that you can review them before going to meet a client.

This being said, who is up for a meet up?

Go to REIA meetings and get Private Lender Rehab Money, $10K - $30K, terms 10% interest, paid off in full in 3 - 4 monthsB.

If this seems like much go to your next local BP meet up plenty of help sure to be there or local REIA.

One thought I've entertained, is possibly including something about if they recipient doesn't meet the profile, but are interested in still selling their property, that we are professional realtors and can assist them with that as well.

These are 2 REI clubs that meet regularly and have been around for a while.
