Hello, I am looking for any ways to start investing in KC metro area. Looking for any networking oppurtunities, getting in touch with investment minded agents, and the scoop on different neighboor hoods. Looking mostly at Buy and hold with a chance for cash flow. Let me know what you think.

Welcome @Joe Kurokawa. There are a couple of good networking groups in Kansas City. Check out MAREI.org and Winvestors. These are 2 REI clubs that meet regularly and have been around for a while. You can also find smaller networking groups localized to certain areas of the city such as the Northland or Overland Park. Search for these and others on this site as well as Facebook and meetup.com.

Good luck Investing!
