Looking For Private Money Lender in the Indianapolis Area

Hey Everyone-

I am an Investor in the Indianapolis area and in search of a private money lender to work with! I would much rather work with someone using their own funds versus working with a "private lender Company". I would rather work with someone like this for many reasons but mainly to learn from the successful individual. I do have background in the RE and constantly continue my education in the field daily. If anyone has tips, knows where to find these types of individuals or know of anyone who would do this or already does this please get with me. Feel free to shoot me a message or reply to this forum.

Dylan-
