I have been researching a few different strategies and I have chosen to go with the BRRRR method going forward.Reason being I have a big family and I don't think house hacking is ideal for my situation.

While not ideal, I’ll agree that it’s very durable and yet, oddly fragile—if you attempt to drill into it, it will shatter, but it’s a great insulator and more fire resistant than other materials.  

What inbound marketing helps with online is opening up relationships with investors, which should ideally happen far in advance of when a deal is found and presented. 

If it's an ideal location people will resort to futons, cots and even hang hammocks.

I'm ideally looking to find an investment property where I can leverage my own sweat equity and get my feet wet to eventually list the property as a rental.

Flipping sounds more ideal for my area and I have various family members that work in the construction industry.

Ideally want an area that is relatively safe, has some appreciation and rental growth. 

The most ideal situation I can think of is to find her a house with a casita (or buy a house and add a casita in the back), so she can live in the casita and act as a property manager.

I have a wife and kid so sharing a single family would not be ideal.
