New to the DFW area- where to buy??

We're pretty new to the Dallas area. Looking for investment opportunities in the area but there doesn't seem to be much out there right now. I won't ask anyone for tips on how to invest during a pandemic, there's plenty of content on that topic. But are there any neighborhoods out there that you like? Anything up and coming? We're looking for under ~$350k to BRRR or hack.
