Project management throughout the process. 99% of the time, buyers press a button to buy, press a button to sell and everything in between is done for them (including taking care of all problems, and selling it in the end) What was the outcome?

I had some problems with my General Contractor so I ended up buying my own materials on a great discount and have an out of state contractor who is a great family friend that I  will hire to do most of the work for me.

Depending on where you want to buy there might be better loans than FHA, BBVA for example has a nice loan called HOME that has something like 3% down and no PMI, depending on your income and where you want to live.

I have a builder who builds 4 BR with two Primary Suites and has a lender deal right now.

I don't want to analyze deals to deep because i wont buy for maybe another 8 months or so but is there anything yall can recommend that i can be doing now to help me when it comes down to analyzing deals?

And your buyers agent should make it a practice to do a permit search on a buy side transaction.

To be honest am unsure where to start after buying raw commercial land.
