Overall its going to be tough to remote manage a project like this that is relatively small in a weak market.

The numbers in this area can be tough and do take some work, but are very doable.

I have read ALOT of material and talked to a few other investors, but l still need some guidance.

Finding and choosing reliable, quality people is where I see this option being an issue, along with the time, which with 2 little ones at home on top of working full time is tough to come by.
