Hi I'm new here. Just recently moved to Orem from Cedar City. Ive been listening to the podcast for about a month now and have loved it so I figured I should expand my knowledge and join the forums. I am a recently licensed agent but I also want to get into investing (flipping, rentals) in my free time so I thought this would be a good place to start and get information.  Also looking to meet other investors in the area.
