We've never had an owner leave us to go to another company, and as we've grown, we've acquired a lot of clients that have paid cancellation fees to their existing management companies to switch to us. 

I bought the course and I can tell you that there isn't a lot in there that you cant figure out from Seth William's awesome blog www.retipster.com along with other business and organizational material.So on the minus side it costs money and doesn't have a ton of information you can't find elsewhere.On the plus side, its all right there, its well organized, it tells you step by step how to create lists, write copy, acquire property, sell property, etc.

Furthermore, I would file complaints about Habitat turning the organization into development marketers.

My wife is a Computer Science major with programming web design and IT experience and is the Idea Engine of our organization (Iroko Properties), I am an Electronic's Engineer with 25 years of wireless telecommunications experience in Project and General Management a good combination to creatively move our business forward.

They've grown rapidly the last three years, which means the talent pool has diluted, and it feels like mortgage brokers circa 2005.

Problem we have run into now is BP took our posts down for organizing a meetup as we don't have a Pro account.

Hardworking and organized are great traits to have for a successful flipper.

I don't know if this is a  national organization but that is the type of organization you should look for - generally they will be non profit. 

A sizable number of the transactions we do are for investors and it has only grown my interest (and fascination) even more.
