As our team has grown, it's become easier to cover responsibilities if someone quits, goes on vacation, or if we terminate employment, compared to when we had one or two homes.

I use Stessa for bookkeeping, and have all my transactions organized for 2024.

So no Board, nothing to manage except State law...the organization docs for the HOA should have identified when the developer maintained control, the terms for it to be turned over and at turnover you would establish a legislative body which would be the Board...

I enjoyed hosting but it is getting tedious as my portfolio has grown.
