I had a cottage in Grand Bend area of Ontario and it rented very well yet it was getting older so I sold it.I think you will find the best value where ever there is lots of people and a nice beach.  

In 2016, my company spent a few grand in title searches for a few properties that fell through; if I would have done my due diligence previously, I would have known before spending the money.

These properties are located in the Grand Rapids, MI area and are a steal for the location.I would like to purchase each one separate and complete back to back rehabs,.

I can't recommend Grand Rapids and West Michigan too highly for investors. 

The first rehab fix and flipproject was a grand success and bolstered my confidence to move on this path.
