Who Should I hang my licence with in the state of Michigan?

I live in Michigan, I wanted to know who should I hang my licence with. I was leaning towards Keller Williams, but I was talking to real estate agent who works for a local brokerage in the Grosse Pointe Community and he said KW reality does a lot of sharing with the commission and that's not so good because you want majority of your commission. So I need help on choosing !
