It will reduce your debt service and allow the asset to cash flow better.I would also make sure to do long term rentals with 12 month commitments minimum.

Figure out your goals first, then if getting your real estate license fits your goals, get them then.I host a real estate meet up in Kannapolis the first Tuesday of every month.

Why is this a subscription service instead of set up as a one time fee?  

In the near west and north areas of the metro area I am finding very few professionals in the siding and roofing trades that will service investors.
