Roofing and siding professionals

In the near west and north areas of the metro area I am finding very few professionals in the siding and roofing trades that will service investors. Bids seem to be at retail+ levels. Would love to hear other investors experiences from the last 6 months. Have all the talented pros moved to TX  or FL? Any suggestions for finding the firms looking to build a long term relationship with a fix/flip investor doing 6-10 deals a year?
