If it's on the end of $20,000, I'm dropping it and moving on because I know I can do better.It's not emotional, it's not subjective and I don't need to reinvent the wheel every time I visit a new property.

I read a book called Deals On Wheels, and decided that's how I'd get started.

Ya my thought process was that if everyone is sending the same type of postcards I should try to stand out a bit, but maybe shouldn't reinvent try to reinvent the wheel...

Why do you get taken by gurus, lose money in deals, chase your tail and spin your wheels, get in trouble, lose credibility. look silly or like a fool, not understand industry ethics or requirements, unknowingly mess over a property owner or a buyer??????  

This last one with the person's ashes did have the obligatory 1 car tire on a wheel, which the trash company won't take if it has the wheel attached.5.

As @Karen Rittenhouse stated recently, if you can't get away for a two-week vacation without worrying about the wheels coming off, then something is wrong.

I concur with what @Jerryll Noorden said there, that you do not reinvent the wheel on this one so to speak.

Same as it wouldn’t matter what brand of wheel chair somebody rolled in with as you are obligated to allow all of them.
