Hi,

I am an avid reader so I have read most of the 'normal' RE books (rich dad poor dad, think and grow rich, millionaire next door, finish rich etc.) I am currently reading Trump strategies for Real estate by George H. Roos. Its a great book, but I am looking to see what I want to read next. So,

What was 1 book that influenced you the most?

Has anyone ever considered setting up a "book trading" system on BP? I went to the two local libraries where I live and neither one carries any good real estate investing books. Maybe larger libraries carry them but not here in Southwest Colorado. I could buy them on Amazon or another website, but the last thing I need is something else to take up space on my book shelf. We are ready to donate a couple of hundred books to our library. I would love to borrow good real estate books for a couple of weeks and then send them on. Or is this a bad idea??
